It is with pride that I am presenting Psy Systems and Innovations, OPC (PSI) to you. PSI is a private
company engaged in applied psychology. We offer counseling, consultation, therapy, distribution of
test materials, and assessment service for clinical, educational, and industrial set up.
In this light, I am pleased to offer our neuropsychiatric evaluation testing service. Our Neuropsychiatric
(NP) Testing service is dully recognized and accredited by the Philippine National Police (PNP). Our NP
testing process is highly commended for its authenticity and well-drafted reports.
At this time of pandemic and in the practice of the “New Normal”, we had reverted our NP testing from
paper and pencil to online testing. Absolutely no papers! Clients will be taking the test via Psi-connect
Online Platform using their android/IOS, laptop, tablet or desktop computer at the comfort of their
home or anywhere they are comfortable.
I am offering this as an additional service to cater to teachers, government employees, and security
guards/officers in your clinic. We will be giving you access to try our NP Online Test should you desire,
just do not hesitate to message us.
Please find the attached description of the Neuropsychiatric Evaluation and its pricing. I am hoping

The Neuropsychiatric Evaluation
PSI's Neuropsychiatric Evaluation services is a duly accredited testing service of the Philippine National
Police (PNP). It strictly adheres to the standards set by the PNP in determining the mental health of
the examinees concerning work fitness. The test battery includes a measure of:
• General Mental Ability
• Ability to Understand and Follow Instructions
• Communication Skills
• Self-Esteem
• Aggression Restraint
• Impulse Control
• Frustration Tolerance
• Sense of Responsibility
• Interpersonal Relations
• Integrity
• Flexibility
• Perseverance
The Neuropsychiatric Assessment can be completed within two to three hours and available in paper
and pencil and online format. The paper and pencil format can be administered onsite (client will provide
the testing room, and PSI staff will administer the test) and in-house (examinees will visit the clinic for
testing). The online format requires the examinees to access the Psi-connect online platform and take
the test using their android/ios mobile phones or any available computer/laptops.
The Neuropsychiatric assessment generates a single page actuarial report. The report for paper and
pencil format is delivered in five days. For online format, the result is delivered within 2 days.
The Neuropsychiatric report contains a

graphical presentation of all the scales with
a comprehensive summative report.
The result is signed by both licensed and

PNP accredited psychologists and
psychiatrists.
The Neuropsychiatric Evaluation is

How to facilitate the online testing using the Psi-connect Online Platform
1. Client and Service provider will set up an FB group chat, which will serve as means of coordination and
communication.
2. Client shall submit the names of the examinees via fb group chat. PSI shall provide the corresponding
username, password and access code to the client. The client shall distribute username, password and
access code to the corresponding examinee.
3. The examinee shall access the test using the link https://online-exam.psi-services.net/portal . The
link should be accessed to a new browser. This link shall be sent to the group chat.
4. Upon completion of the test, the client shall take pictures of the examinees with their names and send
it to the fb group.
5. PSI will process the responses and generate the report within 2 days.
6. PSI submits the soft copy of the test to the email of the client.
7. The client will print the test result and provide a dryseal or stamp for report authenticity.
Reminders for using the Psi-connect Online Testing Platform
The Psi-connect Online Testing platform is a user friendly testing platform which can be accessed using android
or IOS phones, Ipads, Laptops, Computer Deskstops as long as there is a stable data or internet connection.
However, Psi-connect online platform have are certain features designed to ensure the integrity of the tests.
Please be reminded of the following:
1. The client shall inform the examinees to put their phones in “Do Not Disturb” mode and avoid accepting
calls and messeges if they are taking the test using their mobile phones
2. The client shall inform the examinees to read all the directions and answer all information and test
items.
3. The client shall inform the examinees to answer the test with all honesty and diligence.
4. The client shall inform the examinees not to open new Tabs, new apps, or new browser while taking
the test to avoid being locked out.
5. The examinees who will be locked out during the test shall be given a passcode with a corresponding
fee.
FAQs about Psi-connect Online Testing Platform
Locked out?
• The examinee executed for three or more times the following:
o Moved out of the testing browser
o Accepted a call
o Replied to a text of fb message
o Screenshot the test
Question items not showing?

• The wifi internet /data connection is slow. Please check that wifi mbps of the connection is sufficient
to accommodate the number of examinees or there is ehough load to support the data.
Cannot access the test?

• The examinee may have keyed the wrong username, password or access code.
• The access codes provided may have expired. Please take note that the access code given is valid only
for 24 hours.
