pCare Radiology Software(PACS+RIS) Features:
Modules
1) Auto measurements reading from Sonography images + Auto report generation
When doctors do Sonography, they take a lot of measurements of various organs. e.g.
Kidney, Gallbladder, Liver, Ovaries, Uterus, + in case of Pregnancy, Baby's(Fetus)
various organ measurements.
In Current practice, All these measurements are manually typed in word Report. This
can create many typing errors, + its time consuming.
pCare software, reads all this measurements from images, and automatically writes
them in report.
2) Auto Patient Details population in Sonography machine after registration:
Currently when a patient comes for any radiology test (USG, X-Ray, CT, MRI).
Patient's Name, Age, Gender, (LMP if female), Referring Doctor Name, Test Name etc.
is feed/typed in at the reception.
Then when patient goes to actual Test, all above details have to be again entered in
machine (USG, X-Ray, CT, MRI). pCare software automatically sends patient details to
machines. So list of Patients will be visible in machine. Just select patient name and start
Test (USG, X-Ray, CT, MRI).
3) Accounting and Billing
pCare Handles full Accounting + Billing + Receipt generation + Cash/Credit card

collection reports. + Daily Expenses + product inventory + Pending payments from
Patients etc.
4) Offline Measurements:
pCare allows to take measurements/ add Annotations from a computer by simple

DragDrop. So E.g. Whenever doctor feels some kidney/Liver or some other organ is
normal, they can simply freeze the image. And Typist can take measurements and add
annotations from PC. So it will save precious time for radiologist.
5) Auto PNDT filing:
For Pregnancy sonography, as per PCPNDT Law, all patient details along with reports
needs to be submitted to the State Government ( Hard copy as well as web PNDT filling).
pCare software automates FormF filling + PNDT web filing + 5 Column register +
Monthly summary.
6) Paper Image Printing for Sonography:
After sonography is done. Images of sonography are printed on paper and given to
patient with Report. So referring physician can see images. pCare software prints those
sono images.
7) DICOM Image Printing for CT + MRI + XRay:
For CT+MRI + X Ray. Images are printed on film and given to patient with Report. So
referring physician can see images. pCare software prints those images on film.
8) Web Online report + Image viewing (Tele Radiology):
Radiologist + Patients + Referring Doctor can see images and reports online, from any
device + from anywhere.
9) SMS + Email Reports
Images and reports are SMS and Emailed (to Radiologist + Patients + Referring
Doctor). SMS Pack needs to be purchased and provided by customer.
10) Fetal Medicine
pCare shows the various published Graphs for Fetus growth parameters.

pCare can auto read values from Pathology machines and write it in reports.
14) HMS integratoin: (Only needed for Hospitals):
For Hospitals => They might have existing HMS(Hospital management software) We
can integrate pCare with HMS.
Doctor will add request for Radiology Test(X-Ray, CT, MRI, Sonography) in
HMS(Hospital Management System). 1) Our software will pick PatientName,
Age, Gender, Referring Doctor Name, Name of the Test from HMS. and add it to
RIS(Radiology Information System).2) After report is generated, we will add
report to HMS. (Either in word file format, or Directly in HIS DB)
