Is
evolution?
Evolution is the change in the
characteristics of a species over several
generations and relies on the process of
natural selection. The theory of evolution is
based on the idea that all species? are
related and gradually change over time

● Change in organisms is brought
about by action of the
environment.
● There is special creation of
species, so change is degenerate

● Basis of his theory is the widely accepted
theory of inheritance during his time
(need is the driving force to develop new
organs, or modify existing organ) on
the other hand,
● Disuse leads to degeneration of organs.
● Species could not become extinct, it
simply evolves into different species is
his conclusion
