    SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    I, PASCUALITO BACO GUEVARA of legal age, Filipino and a


    resident of Divinagracia St., La Paz, Iloilo City, Philippines, do by these
    presents hereby appoints MICHELLE GUEVARA, of legal age, Filipino,
    married and resident of Divinagracia St., La Paz, Iloilo City, to do the
    following acts and deeds, to wit:

    1. To represent me before the Iloilo City Assessor’s Office for


    purposes of requesting and obtaining Certificate of Tax
    Declaration pertinent to my real property located at
    Divinagracia St., La Paz, Iloilo City under my name;

    2. To represent me before the Iloilo City Engineering Office for


    purposes of requesting and obtaining a Certificate, which is one
    of the requirements for me to apply for an electric connection;

    3. To represent me before MORE Power and Electric Corporation


    for purposes of applying an electric connection (new
    connection);

    4. To sign, receive, submit any papers, documents relative to the


    aforesaid purposes with the above-mentioned entities; and

    5. To do any legal acts to achieve the above-intended purposes.

    GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power


    and authority to do and perform all and every acts and things
    whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the
    premises, as fully to all intents and purpose as I might or could do if
    personally present, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said
    attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these
    presents.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my signatures
