Imoves Movement and Dance Scheme of Work International = 4 – 7years


Scheme of work: Movement to Music, Rhythm and Beat using Under the Sea as a theme UK = Foundation and Key Stage 1
Session plan: 1

Length of session: 40 Minutes
Resources: Under the Sea interactive movie to show you how to teach the session, music from imoves, a large ventilated space, provision for water breaks.

Warm up Activity (15 minutes) Plenary


1. Introduction to Beat and Rhythm Assessment of Learning
• Focus the children, sit them in semi-circle, and play the Under the Sea Music Mix
