coordinating your upcoming wedding. We would be thrilled to be the part of your special day.
We have 7 years’ experience coordinating weddings and providing memorable, stress-free

events. We will make sure that you are able to take a part in all fun decisions regarding your
wedding without having any worry about the often stressful particulars. From the moment you
become our client, we look out for your best interests, from contracting out for the better
prices to making sure every last detail comes together when it is supposed to.
You mentioned that your wedding will take a place next May and that you might be interested in
an outdoor wedding. We are available to help during that time period, but May is typically a
busy month and the weekend book quickly. We encourage you to place a deposit soon so that we
may set aside a date from you, reserve your location and begin planning!
We want to make sure your day is everything you imagined and more. Our goal is to create a
wedding that could only be uniquely yours. We would welcome you to come on our store front
office to view portfolios and to talk more about your wedding. Attached is a list of common
services we coordinate, but we can plan and coordinate any custom wedding that you can dream

CEREMONY SCHEDULE

Officiant walk to altar
Bridesmaid walk to front
Ringbearer walk to front
Flowergirls walk to front
2:10 Procession of the brides music

Brides walk in w/ her father & mother
2:30 Rite of Marriage
2:45 concluding rite
2:50 Recessional begins
3:15 Post-ceremony photo taking
RECEPTION
4:30-6:00 Cocktail hour-Guest snack & mingle while the wedding

party take picture.
6:10 Bridal Party arrives. Guest take their seats for their
entrance and the bridal party is introduced.
6:30 Bridal & Groom’s first dance. This can also take place after
the meal has been served.
6:45 Welcome speech from bride & groom & toast for best man,
maid of honor & any other toasts.
7:00 Dinner is served.
8:30 Father/Daughter dance.
8:45 Cake cutting.
9:00 Bouquet toss & garter toss.
9:15 Final dance set. This is the time to play the club dance
songs that you and your guests will want to dance to.
Guest start to leave.
10:30 Bride & Groom depart.

10:45 Music ends.
