    Capital Market Analyst: Better Mortgage, Gurugram (Jan 2019-July 2019)

    o I worked in the Capital Market and Servicing Segment for US Mortgage Industry wherein
    Mandatory and Best Effort loans are locked and hedged against the prevailing market interest
    rate and current coupon rates.
    o We lock loans with investors, which are hedged on the Secondary Market. Mandatory loans
    are bid with the best investor relating to the best pricing given and hedged to make profits.
    o Audit report is prepared for the loans processed where we check in the purchase advice and
    calculate PA Escrow, close escrow, monthly escrow.
    o Pricing discrepancies are also audited to verify the DTI, LTV, CLTV, Appraised value,
    Property Value, Income of the borrower etc.
