    DEED OF CONDITIONAL SALE OF MOTOR VEHICLE

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    That I, JIMMY P. LIM (the VENDOR) of legal age, single, with residence and
    postal address at 26F SAN LORENZO TOWER, GREENBELT RESIDENCES,
    MAKATI CITY and LOURDES R. MINA (the VENDEE) of legal age, single, with
    residence at [CONDOMINIUM / BUILDING] CALIFORNIA GARDENS,
    MANDALUYONG CITY entered into a CONDITIONAL SALE of a motor vehicle
    with the following descriptions:

    MAKE: Toyota
    SERIES: Fortuner
    MODEL: 2015
    BODY TYPE: SUV
    MOTOR NO.: 2KDU690022
    CR NO.: 37183827-2
    PLATE NO.: AWA 1616

    The consideration for the sale shall be in the total amount of NINE HUNDRED
    THOUSAND PESOS (P900,000.00) to be paid as follows:

    DOWNPAYMENT P10,000.00
    MONTHLY INSATALLMENTS July 30, 2020 90,000.00
    August 30, 2020 75,000.00
    September 30, 2020 75,000.00
    October 30, 2020 200,000.00
    November 30, 2020 200,000.00
    December 30, 2020 250,000.00

    It is further stipulated that the VENDOR shall retain title to the vehicle sold until the full
    payment of the agreed price is paid. In case of failure to pay two (2) succeeding monthly
    instalments, the full balance of the agreed price shall become due and payable and the
    VENDEE shall pay all reasonable attorney's fees and costs of collection. Upon default,
    VENDOR may reclaim the vehicle, hold and dispose of same, and collect expenses,
    together with any deficiency due from VENDEE, subject to the VENDEE's right to
    redeem said items pursuant to law.

    IN WITNESSETH WHEREOF, the parties hereby affixes their signature this _____ day
