1. What are the 3 determinants/causes of personality differences? Explain.

a. Brain is one of the most important personaloty determinants because its generally
believed that the father and the child adopt almost the same type of brain stimulation. And the
differences are the result of the environment which the child has grown.

b. Heredity is one of the personality determinants because in determining personality


heredity is mostly passed down through genes like for example physical characteristics, gender,
physchology and etc.

c. Experiences plays a vital role in our personality. It occur around a person on a regular basis
determine how the person will behave and perceive themselves. Experiences affects our
cooperation to other people, our family relationships, our workplace relationship and our
involvement in communities.

2. Why is the study of personality important?

👉 We study the personality because it helps us develop a positive attitufe in life and it also help
us reduce stress and conflicts. And it encourage us to look at the brighter sides of life.
Personality is important because it can change us to what we want to be.

3. Define Personality.
👉 Personality refers to individual difference in characterestics patterns of thinking, feeling
and behaving.

4. Is the glass half full or half empty? Interpret. What do you think the connection of your
interpretation in your personality and perspective in life?

👉From my perspective, it's the same. The glass was half full and half empty. In
connection to my life, from all the challenges I had experience , it is half full because even it is
hard I still keep going and make me strong while it is empty because there are times I cannot
avoid to feel sad because of it.

5. Explain the statement " What are you now is the product of your beginning."

👉 This is the concept that we are the product of the environment we were raised in, our
family, structure, our religion, etc. and we have the ability to be whoever that we wish and are
actually able to rewrite our beginning. And it also means that we should be focused from the
beginning to get the results after that, which is the present.
