o Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation, near the Casa Segunda and in front of
CATV.

(e). Project Beneficiaries:

o The direct beneficiaries of the project are the students of Enverga University
Lucena. The project will not only benefit the students of this school year (2019-
2020) but also the future students of Enverga University Lucena. The students
will be benefited by having a more comfortable “tambayan” area for students who
wanna spend more time in improving their academics. The project will help the
students to enhance more their skills and passion. The indirect beneficiaries are
the executives and professors in Enverga University, as the students improve, the
whole university is being affected.

(f). Project Background:

o There are a lot of students who struggle in their studies and may be in their own
home that they wanted to have a comfort place to go where they can be relax and
take a time to breath because of the problems that they are facing. There are also
students who wanted to go in a peaceful place where they can peacefully study
 and can be motivated to study harder and this proposal will provide them what
they needed and satisfy their wants. TeamBayan will not only be a place for
students to study but it can also be a place where they can spend their time with
their friends or classmates, socialize with other students or teachers, and it can be
there place where they can do their passion without thinking of other people’s
opinion because this place will be there comfort zone. Teachers and other faculty
members can be friends with students and this place can be the venue where they
can interact with one another. Through this project proposal, the struggles and
problems of students can be prevented and can be answered. Through
TeamBayan, a friendship can be created and a dream can be achieved with the
help of others.

(g). Project Justification:

o Beautification project shows community pride. It is a process of making visual

improvements in an area. This often involves decorative or historic main street
development.
o The place near the Casa Segunda looks dull, quiet and dead. It is also looks messy
with itchy grass and garages around the place. It tends people not to stay there
because of the surrounding. Beautification of the place could improve the
appearance of the area, and thereby increase property values and satisfaction of
the students and professors even visitors.
o Last school year, some groups of NSTP students are also beautify the area near
the Casa Segunda and the project became successful for its beautification but it
didn't last long. Having the project called "TeamBayan", it will hook again the
interests of students and professors to stay in the place in order to study peacefully
and freshly breath the air of our nature. The project will revive the liveliness and
beauty of the area. The place where we can create peace, love and friendship. It's
a way to create and preserve both beautiful and healthy environment where
learning and camaraderie is enhanced.

(h). Project Objectives:

o The main objective of TeamBayan was to have a nature friendly tambayan for
those students, group or individual who wants to study and develop their skills
and passion in academic. A peaceful yet very effective place to do advance
reading, assignments, group projects, group activities and etc. a quick escape from
exhausting pressures and deadlines inside the campus.

(i). Project Description:

o “TeamBayan” (Tara Envergans Aral at Mag Bayanihan), over the past few years,
there this wide space surrounded by many trees and grass in front of the Manuel
S. Enverga University Foundation main campus. But on the latter year, the
building, College of Architecture and Fine Arts was established. So, we came-up
to the idea of beautification on the side of Casa Segunda infrastructure, a museum
wherein you can find a historical things and ideas related to our beloved school
especially to the founder, Manuel S. Enverga. Going back, this project has been in
the planning stage since last 2019 and this is the first step towards socialization
and interaction of every Envergans as well as the faculties. From the words Team
and Bayanihan, team for helping each other while Bayanihan for socialization and
also for the development of each individuals, in terms of hobbies, passions,
gathering ideas or knowledge and many more that this project can offer.
Additionally, it will also help you to relax especially when you’re encountering
school problems or even after examinations, doing your homework and some
activities that you’re struggling at. Psychologically speaking, it is really good for
the health if you can express yourself but expressing yourself or your opinion, you
need someone who will listen to your problems. So, if you’re looking for
someone to company you, go to the side of Casa Segunda building where you can
find someone you can befriended and become part of your life.

(j). Project Proponent:

o The project will manage by the student of NSTP section of L007 Group 4 in
Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation. The project is organized to accomplish
the work effectively and efficiently. The complexity profile of a project is Team
Bayan:Tara Envergans Aral at Magbayanihan, the knowledge and skills of the
team will guide us to execute the project properly. In this organization there have
17 members that willing to enhance the surroundings beauty. In 7 weeks, the Casa
Segunda will transform into a nice and good place wherein students can relax and
it long a few years if we handle it with care. From helping us to organize the
project to our university it will recognized Team Bayanihan program that the
project is useful in students of the university, we are always at the forefront of
beautification of the university.
Furthermore, we cluster L007 will coordinate with other organizations in the
university particularly University Collegiate Student Councils with regards to the
partnership with them. Also, with the help of the Unversity rules and regulations,
we will know our limitations on what is the particular area we can enhance and
through this we can implement also its rules and regulations. On the other hand,
we are just going to comply with the rules and regulations of Enverga University
in the area near Casa Segunda.

 After considering all the necessary materials, we conclude that an
amount of 10 thousand pesos will be requested by the group to
establish the project proposal entitled “TeamBayan: Tara Envergans
Aral at Magbayanihan”. This money will be spent for the
beautification of land area located near the Casa Segunda, that
should be rehabilitate and renovate for the benefits of the student
who need a comfortable and relaxing place for study and bonding.
 We assure that all the financial reports will be part of the program
in order to make sure that the budget is fully use and spent
rightfully.
  The Project Leader, assistant and members will collaborate and
helping each other to make this project success and hopefully it will
last forever.

(m). Project Summary:

o We decided to make and establish a new project entitled “TeamBayan: Tara

Envergans Aral at Magbayanihan” which aims, to build a teamwork and
collaboration among student of Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation by
renovating and beautifying the land area along the University site, near the Casa
Segunda Museum. This project is so essential for the student because they need a
good ambience and comfortable place for doing projects, assignments and even
for relaxing and bonding with friends. On the other hand, in order to implement
this project, we need the cooperation and approval of the NSTP Officials and even
the university itself. As part of the proponent bodies, we insured that all the
precautionary measures and laws will be follow with dignity and pride. And as the
assumption, we think that this project will be cost approximately 10 Thousand
Pesos or less.
