    1. Compute the mean of the rating scale.

    Sum of the rating in all categories

    Number of items in the SPE

    2. After computing the mean, get its Equivalent Grade under the Performance Evaluation Rating
    Guide. The Equivalent Grade is the official grade of the student-tarinee in the student-trainee in
    the Transcript of Record.
