    A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING THE SUMMER 2019 BUDGET OF THE CPU REPUBLIC 15 TH
    PARLIAMENT

    WHEREAS, the Central Philippine University Republic as the highest governing student body in
    the university is mandated to uphold its objectives and programs to serve the studentry;

    WHEREAS, it is the duty of the republic to provide budget appropriations to respective


    ministries and offices to promote their projects and programs and provide interventions
    thereof;

    WHEREAS, as per sources of revenue, the projected budget for summer 2019 is amounting to
    Php 79,333.00 which corresponds to the CPUR fee contributed by the students for the said
    duration.

    WHEREAS, the said amount is divided to:

    Leadership Training Seminar 54,000.00


    Programs & Projects (Annex 1) 25,000.00
    Contingency 333.00
    TOTAL 79,333

    WHEREAS, the budget breakdown of the proposed projects for summer 2019 together with its
    corresponding annexes is attached.

    NOW THEREFORE, upon motion of Sen. Oliver Amisola duly seconded by Rep. Dennis Joseph E.
    Ballarta, BE IT:

    RESOLVED that a Resolution Appropriating the Summer 2019 budget be approved/passed;

    RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to the Office of the CPUR President,
    CPUR Prime Minister and the Parliament.
