Directions
1. Combine ground pork, onion, and carrot. Season with 1 sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®
and form into 2 tbsp meatballs. Heat oil and pan-fry meat balls until light golden brown and set
aside.
2. Remove oil leaving 2 tbsp. Saute garlic and onion for 2 minutes. Add vinegar and simmer for
5 minutes. Add water, sugar, and catsup, then bring to simmer Season with 2 sachets MAGGI
MAGIC SARAP®.
3. Thicken with cornstarch and water mixture. Add fried meatballs, carrot and bell pepper.
Simmer for 2 minutes. Check seasoning.
