    Guidelines for candidates for the Pre-Placement Talk:

    Do’s

    • Please download the Zoom application on your laptop prior to the day of the webinar. Please use
    the primary email ID that you will be using for applying for the process to join the session
    • Please join the webinar at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled time to mitigate any technical
    issues
    • Candidates will be on mute and will be required to use the ‘Q&A’ or ‘Chat’ windows to address the
    panel members. During the Q&A session, in order to ask questions to the panel live, candidates
    need to use ‘Raise Hand’ button
    • Try to ensure a strong and secure internet connection. We recommend shutting down applications
    like file download, streaming, browsers for preserving internet bandwidth for the webinar
    • In case you join using the video option, please adhere to the dress code of business formals

    Don’ts

    • Do not forward/circulate the received invitation


    • Do not take screenshots or click photographs of the webinar/slides
    • Do not post any details related to the webinar on any social media channels/external platforms
