NPTs at TIJARA#1

Reason

Standpipe O'Ring cut & replaced. Kelly spinner not working.


Standpipe O'ring leakage & replaced(0.5hr). Pressure shoot up@1000psi, due to mud motor failure & have to POOH & Back RI
Back RIH

Washpipe leakage, replace w/old service one.


Eng# 2 RPM fluctuation on load, could not withstand SPM.
Eng#3 stopped while drilling, could not run at High SPM.
Observed standpipe O'ring leakage. Rectified.
Engine #1 & #2 starting problem. Eng#1 Oil line hose leak, Eng#2 Diesel line hose leak.

RIH paused@139m after 9-5/8" Casing cement, Found leakage in Bell Nipple & rectified.
Found Eng#1 & TC connecting copling dislocated. Switch to Eng#2, observed exhaust manifold problem, too much smoke. Dec
2199m.
Contd Pump out inside shoe. Eng#2 fault rectification, replaced turbo charger w/old one, but problem continues, injector chan

Slow drilling due to sliding
Eng#3 feed pump problem. Decided to POOH upto shoe. Eng#3 problem rectified & Eng#2 replaced w/old one Warri Engine (s
Sliding done to drop Inclination.
Drilling paused @3093m, Washpipe leakage problem.
POOH upto 2674m, Repaced washpipe, Back RIH. Observed pressure shoot up of 300psi, found stainer choked due to nut plug

Drill ine spool changed.

Ream Underguaged Hole (3353-3549m)

TC & Eng #3 Cardan shaft all bolts broken, and one part landed beside PCR. POOH.
Contd POOH. Arrangement for Chief clutch 2 way valve & roto seal and rectified chief clutch problem. Reaming
