Describe the likely audience that the material is presented for in each case. What
image is being presented? How is it achieved?
To adapt to the times, to new market situations, to new professional profiles, to the
consumer's new way of buying, there are many times when companies are forced to
carry out organizational changes of various kinds.
Depending on the area of the company in which they have to be carried out, they will be:
structural, personal, strategic, process, technological or cultural.
It is considered a process of change to reduce costs and develop products, generating
greater competitiveness in foreign and domestic markets. the change is very likely to be
unsuccessful or inconclusive, which can be detrimental to the organization.
Part 2-Report
The manual needs to be A4 in size, use at least 2 diagrams or illustrations, and use
major and minor headings. Your brief is to make the manual easy to read, attractive
and grammatically correct. The manual should not exceed more than 600 words.
In the manual you must identify how this information needs to be documented,
distributed and implemented within an organisation. Appendixes can be used for
explanatory and changing documentation notes.
MANUAL
The mouse
It is a component that we handle almost continuously when we are using the computer,
whether to write and format text, to play games, etc. Its use requires a specific posture of
the hand for a long time, so it is necessary to adopt good habits when using it.
It typically consists of two buttons: a primary button (usually the left button) and a
secondary button (usually the right button). The primary button is the most frequently
used. Most mice also include a scroll wheel between the buttons that helps you scroll
through documents and web pages more easily. On some mice, the scroll wheel can be
pressed and act like a third button.
When we have to work on the PC and therefore use the mouse, the position of the wrist
and forearm should be comfortable. The correct wrist position is neutral, that is, hand,
wrist and forearm must be in a straight line. Let's look at the picture and try to adopt
good habits.
If we hold and move the mouse correctly, it can help us avoid pain or injury to the
wrists, hands and arms, especially if we use the computer for long periods of time.
Place the mouse at elbow level. The arms should rest in a relaxed way at the sides.
Keep your fingers relaxed. Do not allow them to move over the buttons without
touching them.
Take short breaks every 15-20 minutes when working with the team.
Special mouse pads can also be used to reduce wrist damage, designed with a
soft, cushioned surface to avoid skin irritation.
Keyboard
We must be extremely careful in the posture and way in which we use the keyboard, because its
misuse causes pain and inflammation in the wrists. Small repetitive movements in a bad position
are just as damaging as a strong direct blow.
How to use the keyboard?
The first thing to consider is the location.
It is recommended that the keyboard be under the monitor and at the height of the elbows, in
order to rest the shoulders and the entire neck area.
There must be a straight line between the elbow, forearm and wrist.
The second point to take into account is the position when typing.
We must avoid the forced position of the hands when
use the keyboard. When pressing the keys, it is advisable to keep a straight line between the
wrist and the middle axis of the hand, which is the third finger (or middle finger). Without
forgetting the alignment that we described earlier between the wrist and forearm. To make the
concept clearer, let's see the drawing.
THE POSTURE
Avoid resting your wrists on the table or desk. Use wrist rests.
KEYBOARD
Avoid reflections. Use matte and light colored keyboards.
It should be separate from the monitor. Please use an external keyboard in case of notebook /
netbook.
Sufficient separation between the different parts of the keyboard. There are ergonomic keyboards
on the market to improve posture.
THE KEYS
Gently press the keys.
Concave keys, facilitates its use.
The symbols and letters on the keys must be legible and easy to locate when working with them.
