    Good day! I am writing this letter in reference to my deposit for one

    I am presently residing in Australia and due to today’s pandemic issue and


    the nationwide lockdown, it is highly impossible for us to visit Philippines and
    physically dwell on the subject condominium. Hence, my request to recover
    whatever amount I have paid for this project, which amount is already mentioned
    in the preceding paragraph.

    Good day! I am writing this letter in reference to the your proposal through
    your agent Juditha O. Pabu-aya offering me to buy a Lot Area No. 35, Phase 2
    with Priority No. (LOI) 0372, under the project name “Laurence Ville” located in
    Cebu City.

    Through this proposal, I have already paid a total amount of NINETEEN


    THOUSAND EIGHTy-THREE POINT THIRTY-THREE PESOS (Php 19, 083.33)
    as evidenced by the LOI NO. 0372 and ACKNOWLEDGEMENT RECEIPTdated
    August 9, 2019 attached herewith. The payment comprises the monthly equity
    equivalent to Php14, 083.88 and Php5,000.00 as deposit for the Letter of Intent.

    However, in the past few months starting from August 9, 2019 until the
    earliest month of 2020, I have consistently called Ms. Juditha O. Pabu-aya for the
    project’s development and I have gotten no positive response. In this connection,
    I have decided not to anymore proceed with the project and wish to recover
    whatever amount I have paid for this project, which amount is already mentioned
    in the preceding paragraph.
