Research of Starbucks
In this research we use survey method. It is very easy and inexpensive method to conduct.
Through this method a lot of data collected quickly and the data is much not complex to
analyse.

Question no. 1
Do customers prefer Starbucks coffee over those of its main competitors?

 Our business strategy can be classified as product differenciation. In our large coffee
chain, we focus on quality of product and premium price which customers easily pay
for high quality. We do every single process by our own, from coffee plant to sell a
cup of coffee. So, our customers have more believe and they prefer Starbucks coffee
rather than our competitors.

Question no. 2
Would Starbucks sell more coffee if the company lowered its price?

 No, Starbucks has an image on customers mind, if they lower their prices, customer
thought about the brands placements and quality of product decrease. Due to which
Starbucks lose its loyal customers which are always ready to purchase coffee at ant
cost.

Question no. 3
Would using coupons positively impact sales?

 Starbucks also offer some discount to its customers. It also offer rewards to customers
like purchase one item at full price and in return you are rewarded by 2 nd item for free.
These strategies have impact on the sales of Starbucks positively.
