ll. COURSE TITLE Literacy Training Service
lll. COURSE DESCRIPTION Community development is a noble aim of any educational institution that is undertaken by all freshmen
students of the college. It is an effective tool utilized by higher education institutions to become oriented with and
responsive to the problem of illiteracy which is also a root cause of poverty. This component of the NSTP prepares
the student to become a volunteer in response to the need of the community.

VI. PROGRAM OUTCOMES Students of the College of Education are expected to give commonality in the quality of literacy
