 Leads a department to support Cancer Center population health initiatives by gathering, analyzing, interpreting, and
presenting clinical and population-level data to the relevant stakeholders. Provides Institute Leadership with data
and recommends strategic opportunities.
 Develops and drives clinical improvement and efficiently strategies through analytics. Identifies opportunities for

Therapy (PDT) Registry, a multi-center study with over seven active comprehensive cancer centers participating.

 Lead and managed the development, planning, and administration of the Robotic-Assisted Thoracic Surgery
(RATS) Registry to track outcomes of robotic thoracic surgery. Job duties included management of off-site study
coordinators, maintaining project budget and finances, obtaining and maintaining appropriate research permissions
(IRB, CSRC), and data entry, cleaning, and manipulation for publication.
 Developed and maintained collaborative relationships with medical and health system staff to ensure effective,
