    GUIDELINES & MECHANICS

    In line with the conduct of the search for Mr and Ms PNA 2019 as part of the ____-
    day celebration of the ____(name of event)_______ on _____________, below are
    the guidelines and mechanics for all concerned:

    Mechanics and Guidelines for the search for Mr and Ms PNA 2019. 
    1. The Search is open to single female and male RNs who meet the following
    minimum requirements.
    2. A bonafide PNA member with pleasing personality.
    3. This is a popularity contest.
    4. The candidate should not be a direct relative of any of the PNA officers.
    5. The deadline for the submission of names of candidates will be on
    ____________.
    6. The names of the candidates will be announced and presented to
    _____________ on ______________.
    7. Each candidate shall be provided by the Committee with one box of printed
    envelope (500 pieces) for solicitation votes.
    8. The presentation of candidates and 1st canvassing will be on
    _________________. The second canvassing will be on ______________.
    9. During the 1st canvassing, there will be selling of baskets for each of
    candidate which will be added to their secret ballots. A capture system will be
    the highlight of the last canvassing wherein ___________ will be sold. The
    highest bidder will automatically bring home the ___________ and the
    amount raised will be added to the votes of the bidder’s candidate of choice.
    10.The shares of the candidates from the raised funds are as follows:
    Mr and Ms PNA 2019 = 50%
    1st Runners-up = 40%
    2nd Runners-up = 30%
    11.The Committee will handle the expenses of the pictorials, 1 st/2nd canvassing,
    including the ___________ as well as the Coronation night activity to be held
    at the _______________________ on _______________________
    12.The candidates will be responsible for their own expenses during the
    pictorials, Coronation night, including outfits and make up.
    13.The Committee will be providing the sashes and trophies of the winners.
    14.The decision of the Committee is final and executor.
