The Carrier Frequency System TF-95

Reliable communication between fix and

mobile, traced stations such as crane If one mobile station is connected with several
systems, railway vehicles and other working fixed stations up to a maximum of 16, the
or con vey ing equ ipm ent is of utm ost subscribers can be selected by DTMF control
importance and genuinely asks for the state- tones.
of-the-art Neumann Elektronik carrier
frequency system TF-95. The TF-95 system is perfect for application
under harsh industrial conditions.
By its very high transmission quality, equal to
that of the wire-linked technique, voice and
data can be transmitted via induction loops or
available power supply networks.

Owing to its protection - IP65, the system is

the perfect solution for application in rough
and harsh industrial conditions and can be
linked with all Neumann Elektronik
intercom/PA systems. The modular design
facilitates simple adaptation to any local
condition whatsoever.

Performance
Characteristics
By means of the CF (carrier frequency)
technique, the audio frequency voltages for
the desired intercom or data connection are
modulated in the CF transmitter on a carrier
frequency.

11 different carrier frequencies in the range of

49 kHz to 219 kHz are available thus allowing
the use of various CF systems in the same
system.
In the respective CF receiver the original
signal is demodulated.

By using the same carrier frequency for

transmission and reception direction (semi
duplex), intercommunication is realised by
reversing the carrier frequency.
Two carrier frequencies (one each for
transmission and reception direction) allow
telephony. By using two carrier frequencies for
semi duplex communication, call signals and
engaged indications can be transferred as
well.
