What do you need to create and implement your service project?  

How will you gain support and implement your service project?  

Day 1  Identify Project – What is it, why is it a problem, how you will address it, 
in what community and what are the global context 
Day 2  Develop Project – Completed chart with details of community project. 
Document research and statistics that prove item is a problem and how 
your solution will resolve the issue.  
Day 3  Develop project ideas and develop community partners – Identify who 
would be able to help you carry out your community project and how they 
could help you implement your idea 
Day 4  Develop documentation – Create any presentable you may need to gain 
support for your project. Examples include PowerPoint, Prezi or any other 
form of Presentation, brochures, posters, videos, charts or graphics  
Day 5  Finalize documentation and rehearse – Be sure you a rehearsed for this 
presentation. It will be in front of members of the community that could 
support your community project.   
Day 6  Presentations with community members 1/21-1/24 
 

This will not be possible without outside work completed and this is assuming no days are 
missed due to inclement weather. 1/24 is the final day of the second marking period 
meaning 1/27 will be the first day of your new specials class. There is no time for any 
extensions.
