    Anubing Street, Project 3, Quezon City, hereby NAME, CONSITUTE and APPOINT
    ANGELICA C. BARRO, also of legal age, Filipino, and also presently residing at 11
    Anubing Street, Project 3, Quezon City , as my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me
    and in my name, place and stead, to perform the following acts:

    1. To sign in my behalf, file, execute, deliver and receive any and all documents
    necessary to obtain my Transcript of Records and Diploma from the Philippine
    Polytechnic University of the Philippines.

    2. To do all acts necessary to give effect to the foregoing authority.
