The researchers would like to take this opportunity to express their honest

appreciation and sincere gratitude to those who helped and inspired them to get

through this study.

First of all, the researchers were grateful to the Almighty God for the good

health as well as for the knowledge and skill that were necessary to complete this

book. And also for extending His grace in keeping the researchers safe every time

they look for data and for giving a healthy body, a healthy mind, and a healthy

spirit to come up this research into a useful one.
