Good Non-Alcoholic Summer Drinks

Summer time is here and along with it has come the intense heat that leaves us sweating buckets and
parched like the Sahara dessert. Here are a few drinks that can be made quickly for the entire family
and enjoyed anytime of day.

Southern Sweet Tea

16 cups water, divided


6 Lipton® Cup Size Tea Bags or 3 Lipton® Iced Tea Brew Family Size Tea Bags
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/8 tsp. baking soda

Bring 4 cups water to a boil over high heat in 2-quart saucepan. Remove from heat; add Lipton® Cup
Size Tea Bags and brew 15 minutes, dunking Tea Bags several times. Remove Tea Bags and squeeze.

Stir in sugar and baking soda until completely dissolved. Stir in remaining 12 cups water. Serve in ice
filled glasses. Garnish, if desired, with fresh mint and fresh lemon slices.

Vanilla Lemonade

5 Fresh Lemons
1/2 Cup Splenda
1/2 Cup of Cane Sugar
1 Tsp of Vanilla
6 Cups of Cold Water

Cut the lemons in half and squeeze juice into pitcher. Stir in sugar and vanilla. Blend until everything is
incorporated.
