Question 1. State the condition under which the distance covered and
displacement of moving object will have the same magnitude.

train.

Question 20. A train travels at a speed of 60kmh-1 for 0.52 h, at 30kmh-1 for
the next 0.24 h and then at 70kmh-1 for the next 0.71h. what is the average
speed of the train?

Question 21. A ship is moving at a speed of 56kmh-1. One second later, it is


found to be moving at 60kmh-1, what is the acceleration of the ship?

Question22. Starting from a stationary position, Rahul paddles his bicycle to


attain a velocity of 6ms-1 in 30s. Then he applies brakes such that the velocity
of bicycle comes down to 4 ms-1 in the next 5s. Calculate the acceleration of
the bicycle both the cases.
