The timetable was based on the expected number of 40 drivers. If a larger or smaller number of drivers
arrives, the organizer reserves the right to change the timetable. Any change in the timetable will be
posted on the contest notice board.
 ARTICLE 2. ORGANIZATION

2.1. Championships for which the competition is awarded:

The competition will be held on Saturday, May 18, 2019 and Sunday, May 19, 2019 under the title
"Day of Champions - DOC" and is awarded for:
FIA Central European Zone Drift Championship,
Serbian National Drift Championship - "Serbian Drift Championship - SDC",
International zone Serbian Drift Championship - "Day of Champions - DOC"

2.4. The competition is held in accordance with the FIA-CEZ International Sporting Code, the SAKSS
Sports Regulations, and the Appendix for Drift Racing, Appendix "A" - the technical conditions for
vehicles and this Supplementary Regulations.

2.7. The announcement board will be located in the service park, next to the info desk.
ARTICLE 3. TRACK

The competition will be held on the asphalt trail in Čačak - Konjevidi, at the parking lot of
AUTOPREVOZ ČAČAK. The plateau with a track is a total length of 200 meters and a width of 100
meters. The trail is drawn on the plateau and is decorated with a 30 cm cusp. The length of the course
is about 900 m, and the smallest width is 7 m. The route sketch is given in Appendix 1.

ARTICLE 4. VEHICLES
4.1. All vehicles participating in the competition will be divided into:
For FIA Central European Zoning Drift Championship:
Group PRO
Group SEMI PRO
 For the International zone Serbian Drift Championship - "Day of Champions - DOC"
For Serbian National Drift Championship - "Serbian Drift Championship - SDC"
4.2. For everything else, the provisions of the SAKSS Appendix to the Drift Rules for 2019 are
applicable.

ARTICLE 5. COMPETITORS, DRIVERS AND EQUIPMENT

5.1. All drivers who have the right to participate in the Serbian National Drift Championship of have to
have:
- driver's license for drift valid for the current year
- valid medical certificate not older than six months from the date of issue,
- for drivers older than 16 and younger than 18 years of age, the consent of the parent / guardian
for participation in competitions organized by the SAKSS certified by notaries,
- Life insurance policy for participation in the competition with the minimum amount of
2,000.00 EURO in case of death and 4,000.00 EORO in case of permanent disability,
- application for participation in the competition, duly filled in and certified by the seal of the
parent club,
- proof of the payment of the registration fee / start-up fee to the Organizer,
- for drivers of other national associations, for participation in the International Serbian zone
Championship, the license of the respective ASN to participate in the competition for the Serbian
Championship.
5.2. On training and racing, including driving from a service park to a pre-start and a return from the
end of the track to a service park:
- The use of a protective helmet is mandatory. The helmet must comply with Appendix "A" -
technical conditions for vehicles.
- The use of safety belts in accordance with Appendix "A" is mandatory.
- It is mandatory to use all FIA homologated equipment for auto sport (overalls, underwear,
socks, auto sport shoes, and hoods) in accordance with Appendix “A”.
5.3. The driver-side window must be closed during driving.
5.4. It is mandatory to use a protective pad under a car in a service park in accordance with Article 18
of the Drift Rule book.

ARTICLE 6. APPLICATIONS
6.1. Applications for this competition are submitted no later than 16.05.2019 on the prescribed form
by e-mail to:

6.2. The driver is required to submit the original application form properly filled in and stamped on
the verification.
The organizer is obliged to receive only properly filled in applications that arrive by the deadline.
If the application is sent by mail for the date of submission of the application, the date of submission
of the application in the mail is taken.
6.3. Each driver is obliged to pay the registration fee to the organizer by May 16, 2019. Drivers from
other national associations pay the fee on the day of the race.

6.5. The payment confirmation should be sent to the organizer together with the application.
6.6. The driver may register a spare vehicle at the Technical Reception, subject to the vehicle's
possession of the vehicle's technical book (TKV). A spare vehicle can not be a vehicle with which
someone has already been registered for the competition. A spare vehicle that has been admitted
to the competition must be in the service park, if it is not in use.

ARTICLE 7. RESPONSIBILITY
7.1. Each driver and competitor performs at his own risk. The organizer does not accept any liability
for any injury to third parties, competitors and drivers, as well as damage to the property of drivers,
competitors and third parties. Each competitor and driver is responsible for all personal insurance.
7.2. The organizer will sign the insurance policy for spectators and officials according to the rules of
the SAKSS.

ARTICLE 8. SCHEDULE ‐ PROGRAMME

8.1. The verification will be held on Saturday, May 18, 2019 from 09:30 to 10:30 hours and on
Sunday, May 19, 2019, from 09:30 to 10:00 in a service park in the garage of AUTOPREVOZ ČAČAK.
8.2. The verification committee shall review all driver documents provided as in Article 10 of the
Appendix to the Drift Rule, or Article 5 of the Supplementary regulations. The driver must report to
the verification committee in person.
8.3. The technical committee of the organizer controls the vehicles and equipment of the driver and
their compliance with the international regulations of the FIA, vehicle type approval, the Appendix
to the Drift Rules and the Appendix "A" - the technical conditions for vehicles of the SAKSS and the
Supplementary regulations. Vehicles on technical reception come with set starting numbers and
other prescribed marks and fully prepared for the competition.
8.4. The training and race will be held on Saturday 18 May 2019 and Sunday 19 May 2019 according
to the schedule in the program of the competition. It will take 2 (two) training sessions. Training on
Saturdays and Sundays all drivers drive divided into two groups of drivers per hour. The
composition of the group is determined by the judges. In the event of a malfunction on the track,
the driver may request a test run after the repair even if it is not his group.
8.5. The first part of the competition is qualification, after which 32 or 16 best placed drivers qualify
for further stream of the competition, or TWIN DRIFT duels.
- On Saturday, May 18, 2019, qualifications take place, followed by the TOP 16 and TOP 8 /
Twin duels for the Serbian National Drift Championship - "Serbian Drift Championship - SDC",
according to the stamp given in the competition program,
- On Sunday, May 19, 2019, qualifications will be played, followed by TOP 16 and TOP 8 / Twin
duels for the FIA Central European Zone Drift Championship and the International zone
Serbian Drift Championship - "Day of Champions - DOC", according to the stamp given in
the competition program.

ARTICLE 9. HONORARY PRIZES

9.1. After the end of the racing day, the organizer will award the following honorary prizes:
May 18, 2019 for the Serbian National Drift Championship - "Serbian Drift Championship - SDC":
 The first, second and third places are awarded with monetary prizes,
 Cups are awarded for the first, second, third and fourth place.
May 19, 2019 for group placement in FIA Central European Zone Drift Championship:
 Cups are awarded for the first, second and third place.
 May 19, 2019 for the placement in the International zone Serbian Drift Championship - "Day of
Champions - DOC":
 The first, second and third places are awarded with monetary prizes,
 Cups are awarded for the first, second, third and fourth place.
May 19, 2019, Cup for the "Best Moment of the Competition".
9.2. The amount of monetary prizes will be determined for each race separately, and monetary rewards are related
to the amount of paid fees and the number of competitors, which are adequately recorded in the prize pool.

ARTICLE 10. AWARDS CEREMONY

10.1. Attending the awards ceremony is a personal and moral obligation for all participants in the
competition.
10.2. The awards ceremony will be held:
- on Saturday 18th May 2019 after the final race for the Serbian National drift Championship -
"Serbian Drift Championship - SDC", and
- on Sunday 19th May 2019 after the final race for the FIA Central European Zone Drift
Championship and the International zone Serbian Drift Championship - "Day of Champions - DOC“.

ARTICLE 11. THE REST

11.1. The organizer reserves the right to amend the Supplementary regulations, postponing or
canceling the competition in the event of force majeure .

ARTICLE 12. LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY

12.1. By participating in the competition, each competitor / driver officially disclaims all rights to
complain about the accidents that may befall the competitor / driver or their assistants during
training and / or race, or during the road from the service park to the track and back. This waiver is
applicable to the SAKSS, the organizer of this competition, officials and other competitors / drivers
and their assistants.

Supplementary regulations for the drift "Day of Champions", the competition for the FIA Central
European Zone Drift Championship, the Serbian National Drift Championship and the International
zone Serbian Drift Championship for 2019, was approved and registered under the number 92
days on 16.04.2019.

The competitor and the driver together with the accompanying team accept and agree with the following:
1. We are familiar with and will abide by the provisions of the Supplementary regulations for FIA-CEZ and the Championship
of Serbia entitled "Day of Champions-DOC", held on May 18 and 19, 2019 in Cacak, in accordance with the provisions of
the International Sporting Code, and the Technical Regulations of the FIA, the Sports Regulations and the Addendum to
the SAKSS.
2. We are aware that at this competition we drive at our own risk and responsibility, and according to the Organizer and
Sports Car and Karting Association of Serbia we will not issue any claims for compensation for damages in case of
personal injury or damage to property caused by our participation in this competition.
The driver is liable for any contempt of FIA and/or SAKSS regulations, both in his personal name and on
behalf of all other persons who are in any way related to his performance in this competition.
