Notification Secondary School Certificate (9th & 10th Class) Annual Examination 2020.

Commencement of Examination: Friday the 13th of March 2020

Admission Forms: Only online Admission forms of regular candidates shall be accepted with one copy of
passport size photograph (with white background) duly attested by the Head of Institution.
For Private Candidates, admission Forms are available in Store Section of this Board and all facilitation
Centers of BISE, Swat.

ADMISSION FORM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER 12th February, 2020.
INSTRUCTIONS:-

1. Those institute (s)/ who mail their admission Forms & Fee to the Board must dispatch them at least three days before the last dates specified above to
avoid payment of extra fee and rejection of Admission forms.
2. Head of institute shall submit admission forms of its regular students through online (BISE Web Portal). They shall submit original deposit slip of the
fee deposited in any ABL/UBL branch within jurisdiction of BISE, Swat along with hard copy of attested admission forms.
3. Photographs and other documents be pasted with GLUE and not to be stapled.
4. The Student of other Board Seeking admission in SSC must submit Original Migration Certificate of the concerned Board along with admission form.
5. Private candidates of class 9th must submit Original school Leaving Certificate issued by Govt High/middle /Primer or Private Schools duly
countersigned by the concerned DEO along with Admission form however those having Original School Leaving Certificate issued by Govt High
School are exempted from the counter signature.
6. Private candidate who have never attended any Institution can also apply for the admission in class 9 th examination with the condition of submitting
attested copy of CNIC of From B NADRA) of Birth Certificate duly signed by Secretary of concerned Union Council With in due date.
7. The subjects Passed with grace marks/aggregate must be included int improvement subject and if the candidate has not improved marks in that
particular subject, the candidate will be considered as MNI (Marks Not Improved)
8. Application for Creation of Examination Centre can be submitted up to 31-12-2019, after this no such application will be entertained under any
circumstances.
