materials will be obtained from the Consultant.
3. All materials will be stored in proper place allocated by the main contractor.
4. All the materials will be inspected before using it for installation and damaged
materials will be rejected.
5. The main contractor as per approved shop drawing will prepare pump base.
6. The pump skid assembly will be placed as per the inlet and outlet position and
foundation bolt locations shall be marked on the pump base. Drilling will be
done for fixing 16mm dia. SS bolt.
7. The skid assembly will be aligned to match with bolt location and anti-vibration
bad will be placed between base surface and pump skid frame as per the
manufacture recommendation.
8. Pump inlet manifold will be connected with water tank inlet by PVC pipe
connection with isolation valve.
9. Pump outlet will be connected to the filter inlet with isolation valve and filter
outlet will be connected to the irrigation mainline with check valve and isolation
valve.
10. Filter backwash line will be connected to the nearest drainage manhole or
drain chamber.
11. All pipes and filter will be properly supported with 100x50mm ‘C’ channel.
METHOD STATEMENT FOR IRRIGATION SYSTEM
12. Pump control panel and filter control panel will be installed at the designated
location mentioned in the shop drawing.
13. Power supply for pump control panel will be connected from the isolator
provided by others.
14. Electrical power supply cable to the pump control panel and filter control panel
will be done with proper cable tray system.
15. Master valve control wire from the irrigation controller will be connected to the
pump control panel.
16. Dry run protection system will be installed by float switch system and float
switch will be installed inside the water tank.
17. Secondary pipes will be laid in the trenches made in soil filled areas with
necessary fittings, glue and thinner.
18. Solenoid valves will be installed in a designated areas in zone wise and as per
flow requirements with an isolation valve, valve box and necessary fittings.
19. Irrigation cable will be laid within the soft landscape medium and each solenoid
valve will be connected with controller through one control cable and one
common cable. Spare cable will be provided for future use purpose.
20. Inspection / pull boxes will be laid for the distance of 100m and main
directional change locations. At each location 2mt length coil loop will be
provided.
