analytical frame work to formulate future strategy of your company. What would be your considerations and
how will you proceed? Narrate with examples. (Marks -10)

3. Draw a BCG matrix for Unilever with four different units in Bangladesh. Be creative in performing the
Matrix. For example, the pie slice in the circles can represent the different items which are used for household
activities. (Assume suitable data for your description). Discuss the limitations of a BCG analysis. (Marks-10)

4. What are the major challenges of strategic managers now and for this 21st century? Narrate with suitable
examples. (Marks-10)

5. What will be the SWOT Matrix for super shop Agora? (Marks-10).
