I, FATHER do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under

that:-
1. That this affidavit of mine is in support of my son Prabhjot

Singh who is presently residing at America. He was worker of

SADA party. He had to flee from India because of threats of BJP

party workers who were bent upon to kill my son because of

his political affiliation with SADA party.

2. That I am supporter of Shiromani Akali Dal Amritsar Party

which is headed by S. Simranjit Singh Mann who is none else

but President of this Party. SADA party is fighting for the

creation of separate Sikh State i.e Khalistan under the active

supervision of S. Simranjit Singh Mann. I have two sons

 Prabhjot Singh and Amritpal Singh. They both inherited

political views from me and worked significantly for SADA

party. Their active roles in SADA party creates problem for

them and opposite parties starting harming them and

compelling them to leave SADA party and join hands with

them. My both sons remained loyal for SADA party and upon

their refusal, the opposite parties made difficult for them to

survive in India.

3. That since Prabhjot Singh was in India, he used to put posters,

tents and participated in many events/programs of SADA

party. My son Prabhjot Singh became popular in the village

and surrounding areas within short span of time. His active

participation was noticed by BJP party workers who harmed

him by attempting attacks on him.

4. That on February 11, 2018, my son Prabhjot Singh was first

time attacked and badly beaten up by BJP party workers. My

son was returning home from SADA event of organizing

marriage of poor girls. He was stopped by BJP party workers

who threatened him to either leave his support for SADA party

else they will kill him. My son was badly beaten up by those
 BJP men. He was saved by few people who took my son home.

I was astonished to see Prabhjot injured and I took him to

village doctor. After that Prabhjot disclosed about the incident.

5. That after this attack, I and my son went to Police station for

lodging complaint against BJP party men, but to the utter

surprise, Police officials refused to take our complaint on the

pretext that they cannot go against present Government of

India. Rather they threatened my son to put him behind bars if

he dares to come again with such complaint. We returned back

helpless.

6. That on June 19, 2018, my son was again attacked by BJP party

workers. This time I was also with my son. We were returning

home after giving our services in blood donation camp

organized by SADA party. We were coming on a truck. BJP

party workers stopped that truck and gave severe beatings to

me and my son. They openly proclaimed that if Prabhjot will

not stop working for SADA party, in that event they will kill

him. We were rescued by few people who started gathered

there. We were taken to clinic by those people.

 7. That after this incident, we got scared and completely shaken

because it was sure that now it is not safe for Prabhjot to

further live in India. At last, we send him outside India. Since

Prabhjot Singh left India, circumstances get’s more worst

because on October 13, 2019, BJP party workers attacked me

and gave severe beatings to me, and left me on road side

while I became unconscious. BJP party workers are

continuously putting pressure on me to leave support for SADA

party and join hands with them. Prabhjot Singh cannot come

back to India because BJP party workers are still finding him

everywhere. So, I request before American Government to

grant him permission to live at America so that he may spend

his future life safely and out of reach from his political

enemies.

1. That Prabhjot Singh is my neighborer. I know that he
had faced very tough time in India and under compelling
circumstances, he was sent outside India. As per my
knowledge, Prabhjot Singh is presently residing at
America. He had to flee from country because of threats
of future persecution from his political enemies.
2. That family of Prabhjot Singh are supporters of SADA
party which is fighting for safe and equal rights of all.
Father of Prabhjot Singh is supporter of SADA party,
whereas Prabhjot Singh joined this party as its workers.
His active participation in SADA party was closely
monitored by BJP party workers who were bent upon to
 kill Prabhjot Singh because he refused to leave SADA
party and join hands with them.
3. That Prabhjot Singh was badly harmed by BJP party
workers in two attacks which were attempted on
February 11, 2018 and June 19, 2018. In both these
attacks Prabhjot Singh was severely beaten up by BJP
party workers. They gave threats to kill Prabhjot Singh
in case he will not leave his support for SADA party.
Prabhjot Singh and his father also went to Police for
seeking justice, but Police refused to provide any justice
to them because of influence of BJP party.
4. That I know that younger brother of Prabhjot Singh was
also worker of SADA party and he was also harmed by
opposite party workers and seeing danger to his life, he
was sent outside India and presently he is safely
residing at America. Similarly, Prabhjot Singh was also
sent outside India and he is also residing at America.
There he is living safe and secure. But here in India, BJP
party workers are frequently coming after him to kill
him. Even they attacked Prabhjot’s father on October
13, 2019.
5. That in these circumstances, it is not safe for Prabhjot
Singh to return back to India. So, I request before
American Government to allow him to live there,
otherwise he will be no more if he comes back to India.

I, HEAD OF VILLAGE, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare
as under that:-
1. That I know Prabhjot Singh being Head of my village. I
am giving this affidavit in support of his Asylum
application that he has applied at U.S.A.
2. That life of Prabhjot Singh was in extreme danger while
he was in India. Prabhjot’s father is supporter of
Shiromani Akali Dal Amritsar Party(SADA/Mann Party).
Both Prabhjot Singh and his younger brother Amritpal
Singh followed the same path that their father had
chosen.
3. That Prabhjot Singh worked significantly for SADA party
and his active role was not tolerable for BJP party
workers who did everything to harm Prabhjot Singh so
 that he may quit his support for SADA party and join
their BJP party. But Prabhjot Singh remained loyal for his
party and did not agree to BJP party workers proposal.
4. That Prabhjot Singh was attacked twice by BJP party
workers i.e first attack on February 11, 2018 and June
19, 2018. Prabhjot was badly beaten up by BJP party
workers in both attacks. I was informed that during
second attack, Prabhjot’s father was also with them and
BJP party workers also gave beatings to Prabhjot’s
father.
5. That Prabhjot Singh and his father also report the
matter to Police, but Police instead of helping them,
threatened Prabhjot Singh to put him behind bars in
case he ever tried to complain against BJP party
workers.
6. That seeing extreme danger to Prabhjot’s life, his family
sent him outside India. As per my knowledge, Prabhjot
Singh is safely residing at America and there he had
applied for Asylum. I request before American
Government to grant him permission to live there
because since Prabhjot Singh left India, BJP party
workers are frequently coming after him. On October
13, 2019, BJP party workers attacked Prabhjot’s father
and gave severe beatings to him. Prabhjot’s father
became unconscious due to severe beatings. So from
 my view, it is not safe for Prabhjot to return back to
India and if he did so, he will be killed by BJP party
workers who are still searching him everywhere. So I
request before American Government to allow Asylum
application of Prabhjot Singh and grant him permission
to live there.

I, WITNESS OF ATTACK #2, do hereby solemnly affirm and
declare as under that:-
1. That I know Prabhjot Singh’s father being resident of
my neighboring village and supporter of SADA party.
Prabhjot’s father many times put posters of SADA party
in our village. Prabhjot Singh had his political affiliation
with SADA party as a worker and his life was under
serious threats because of future persecution from the
hands of BJP party workers.
2. That Prabhjot Singh also visited our village in connection
with SADA activities. BJP party workers were bent upon
to kill him because he refused to leave his support for
SADA party and join hands with BJP party.
3. That Prabhjot Singh was attacked twice by BJP party
workers and I am one of the witness of the second
attacked attempted to Prabhjot Singh on October 13,
2019. Father of Prabhjot Singh was also with him. On
that day, I was returning to my village and on the way, I
saw Prabhjot Singh and his father being beaten up by
BJP party workers. I and other started gathered at the
scene and on seeing us, attackers ran away from the
spot with warning. I saw Prabhjot and his father were in
lot of pain due to severe beatings and I took both of
them to clinic for their treatment. I was informed about
the incident. Prabhjot Singh was also told me about the
first attack by BJP party workers on February 11, 2018.
4. That in the month of October, 2019, I had visited
Prabhjot’s village and met with his father who told me. I
asked him about Prabhjot Singh who told me that he
was sent outside India. Prabhjot’s father also told me
that BJP party workers are still coming after him. They
also attacked Prabhjot’s father on October 13, 2019 and
badly beaten him. So it is not safe for Prabhjot to come
back to India. I request before American Government to
 grant him permission to live there, otherwise he will be
done to death in case he comes back to India.
