    1- That the petitioners who have been made accused in the


    above mentioned case and were arrested by the Local
    Police of P. S. New Town, Rawalpindi Seek the
    Superdari / interim custody of following items recovered
    from them and taken into custody by the local police.
    (i) From petitioner No.1 (Javed Iqbal)
    a) Mobile Set Nokia Model 600
    b) Keyes
    c) Cash Rs. 1600/-
    (ii) From Petitioner No.2 (Wajid Iqbal)
    a) Mobile Set Samsung D-500
    b) Violet
    c) Old ID Card

    (iii) Petitioner No. 3( Ahmed Iqbal)


    a) Mobile set Samsung D-550
    b) Violet
    c) ID Card
    d) Driving License Card
    e) Keyes

    2- That if these articles remained in the custody of local


    police, there is every apprehension of their loss, damage,
    and misuse.

    3- That the petitioners undertake to produce these articles


    as and when directed by this learned court.

    In these circumstances, it is therefore, most humbly


    prayed that the above detailed articles be directed to
    be handed over the to the petitioners on superdari.
