    Quality Analysis of Retinal Images for the Automatic Diagnosis of Diabetic
    Retinopathy

    Description : The W.H.O estimates that 135 million people have diabetes mellitus
    worldwide and that the number of people with diabetes will increase to 300 million by
    the year 2025. This project aims to develop and test a new method for automatically
    judging the image quality with a score from 0 to 1 from this we can save the diabetes
    mellitus patients from blindness through regular checkup using this system.
