working. With this willing we joined this particular immersion. This success of us couldn't

be turn into reality without following persons who helped us in different ways. To God

Almighty who always guide us with our studies, and lights our way. Without him, we can

do nothing in this world.

We would like to thank the following People:

To Mr. Silvino B. Cabangan and Mrs. ELVIRA Delos Reyes the Principal and Assistant

CHAPTER
IV
POST IMMERSION

REFLECTION

“Experience give us the test first and lesson later”. During our work immersion at

the Administrators Office I experienced and learned a lot. With this I joined for the first

time, I fully understand why it was called an “immersion”.

At first, I was really nervous meeting all the staff in the Administrators Office and

who’s leading them. Fortunately all of them was kind and I’m so grateful for the kindness

they have shown me for 10 days. I will not forget what Sir Reynolds said to us “we must

follow what course we like instead of following our parent’s preferred course for us if we

don’t want to repent in the end”. What I learned is how to manage my time carefully like

waking up early in the morning, making sure that I get finish all the work tasks assigned to

me without the sacrificing the quality of work. I learned how to interact with people in the

workplace and how to deal with the people surrounds me. I learned also that you have to be

willing to work without being asked or even if you are not commanded by the others.

Indeed, in 10 days of having a work immersion, I could say it was really such a great

experience for me and I would treasure it for my whole life. This was the first time that I’ve

felt being an employee, I’ve ever imagined such trilling event in my life. All of the

sacrifices, laughter, and happiness that we’ve shared it’s amazing. I have no regret that im

assigned in the City Administrator’s Office because I learned a lot of things.

To all the staff and to Sir Reynolds its such a great opportunity having all of them

and I cannot express my gratitude enough for those people who helped me during my work

immersion and made me to be the person that I am today.

ANGELINE B. GUMARU
Work Immersion Student

REFLECTION
Work immersion is one of memorable I experienced. We have a lot of experience that we
will never forget. I fully understand the meaning of work immersion it is how to work with
the staff and the office head.
In the first day we’re so nervous on what work and how the staff treat us because we don’t
have any idea with the Administrators office. But we’re lucky because all of the staff and
Office head were nice to us and they give tips, teaches us what work would we do. What I
learned I to be more responsible, manage the time to finish all the work, and how to interact
with the employee/staff in the office and clients. The staff teach us to love and enjoy the
work what ever it is. The Administrators Office felt us how to be an employee even in just
10 days. In Administrators office I have no regrets because what we experienced here is a
treasure.
JOHN DAVE CARBONEL.

REFLECTION
What I have learned in the Administrators Office was helping the person in need, who
are asking for help of Sir Reynolds . I only giving slight assistance in this matter. Sir RM
teach me how to encode. I am very thankful for giving me a lot of experience and lessons.

REFLECTION
High School days. It is amazing you can gain more knowledge, ideas and insight and
This 10 days of work immersion is helpful and a meaningful experience during Senior
background in choosing what course you are going to take in college. This experience helps
me how to be a responsible, a better person and a successful professional someday.
In the work place you must not loose your attention, because all of the task there is
important, even though it’s stressful I enjoy being there because I love what I’m doing,
because of staying there I gained a lot of experiences and learned the flow of paper work.
VIN DRAUDE TAMANG
Work immersion student

REFLECTION
I learned a lot in the work immersion. At first I’m so nervous meeting all the staff but
thanks God that they are so kind, accommodating, and approchable. I learned from the
Administrator office is if you communicating to other people you have to focus and
cooperate. I have a lot of experienced that i will never forget. Lastly i fully understand the
meaning of work immersion, to learn and gain more knowleged.
JOHN LIOYD BALAO
Work immersion student

REFLECTION
I learned a lot of things in the Administrator office. I assisted peaople who needed the
approval of Sir Reynold. I learned that you have to voluntary work even if they not
commanded you. In almost 10 days i could say it was really enjoying and it is such a great
experience for me. I would never forget this moment in my entire life.
