    old are you now?
    Patient: My name is Ranti, I'm 18 years old
    Nurse: How are you doing today?
    Patient: I feel a bump on my head.
    Nurse: Where do you feel a bump?
    Patient: Head of the back of the nurse.
    Nurse: well, I'll check the state of your head.
    Patient: Yes, nurse. what happened to my head?
    Nurse: Your head has a bump on the back maybe this is one of the symptoms of a
    disease disorder.
    Patient: what should I do sus?
    Nurse: You do not worry, for now you can consult a doctor in advance to find out the
    condition of your head and get further treatment.
    Patient: O nurse, when can I consult a doctor?
    Nurse: You can consult a doctor tomorrow morning.
