Fact and Assumption

• Ethio Telecom is planning to have more than 120 million mobile


subscribers which 60% of them will be data users in the next two years

• The government of Ethiopia is regulation laws that will enable a digital


economy including online services, e-commerce, call center and payment
solutions within one year

• Ministry of Innovation and Technology has a plan within the next two years
to enable a 2, 2, 2, 2 strategy which is 2 years, 2,000 tech statup companies'
creation, 20,000 jobs and 2 billion dollar revenue

• There is a push by the government of Ethiopia for many firms to have a


disaster recovery and backup plan for their mission critical applications and
data

• There are thousands of businesses and corporates that are looking for 24/7
guaranteed power connectivity, VPN & Internet connectivity and
infrastructure as a whole

• More and more Ethiopian companies are looking to focus on their core
businesses which open doors for more managed services, cloud services and
digital eco-system

• There is a plan by the government of Ethiopia and National bank of


Ethiopia for the creation of cash less society

• There is a plan by the government of Ethiopia and Ministry of Innovation


and Technology for the creation of informed society and e-government
services and related

• Most companies and firms in Ethiopia don't the capacity to start their own
disaster recovery and backup option which open doors for cloud services

• East African countries namely Djibouti, Somalia and Eretria are looking
for the same services from our preliminary studies

• E-commerce and call center will be functional on the 2nd year of operation

• Payment solutions will be enabled and functional on the 3rd year of


operation

• Unique first mover opportunity in a large closed telecom market with no


cloud service providers resulting in massive pent-up demand and growth
potential.

• Opportunity to establish a dominant and sustainable market leadership


position for cloud services in a large and rapidly growing economy.

• Even the state telecom company will be a customer rather than a


competitor thereby, in effect, making Omni-Cloud Ethiopia’s second telecom
operator providing cloud, data and technology value added services for the
nation without having to incur infrastructure relayed capital investments.

• Preliminary discussions to provide these same services in the neighboring


countries of Eritrea, Djibouti and Somali Land have already been initiated
ay the highest levels.

• In addition to the substantial incremental revenues and profits from


exporting these services to neighboring countries, significant foreign
exchange earnings totaling tens of millions of US dollars can be generated.

• Low business risk due to the partnership with Alibaba, the 7th largest
company in the world, the massive pent-up market demand for cloud services
and the absence of competition.
