    A BILL
    To rescind the appropriation made for migration and refugee
    assistance in the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic
    Security Act and redirect the funds to U.S. Customs
    and Border Protection and U.S. Immigration and Cus-
    toms Enforcement.

    1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-


    2 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
    3 SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    4 This Act may be cited as—


    5 (1) the ‘‘Negating Outlandish Pork in Our Re-
    6 investment Kit Act’’; or

    2 SEC. 2. RESCINDING AND REDIRECTING APPROPRIATION

    3 FOR MIGRATION AND REFUGEE ASSISTANCE

    4 IN CARES ACT.

    5 (a) IN GENERAL.—The Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and


    6 Economic Security Act (Public Law 116-136) is amend-
    7 ed—
    8 (1) by striking the item in title XI of division
    9 B relating to ‘‘Bilateral Economic Assistance—De-
    10 partment of State—Migration and Refugee Assist-
    11 ance’’;
    12 (2) by inserting after the item in title VI of
    13 such division relating to ‘‘Department of Homeland
    14 Security—Management Directorate—Operations and
    15 Support’’ the following:
    16 ‘‘SECURITY, ENFORCEMENT, AND
    17 INVESTIGATIONS
    18 ‘‘U.S. CUSTOMS AND BORDER PROTECTION
    19 ‘‘OPERATIONS AND SUPPORT

    20 For an additional amount for ‘Operations and Support’,


    21 $175,000,000, to remain available until expended to pre-
    22 vent, prepare for, and respond to coronavirus.’’; and
    23 (3) by inserting after the item inserted by para-
    24 graph (2) the following:

    3 For an additional amount for ‘Operations and Support’,


    4 $175,000,000, to remain available until expended to pre-
    5 vent, prepare for, and respond to coronavirus.’’.
    6 (b) EFFECTIVE DATE.—The amendments made by
    7 subsection (a) shall take effect as if included in the enact-
    8 ment of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Secu-
    9 rity Act (Public Law 116-136).
