    Sir/Madam;

    I, _____________ one of your employee in CITIHARDWARE for almost 9


    months from May 2018- up to present. With this, I would like to take this opportunity to
    thank the company for hiring me as one of your Merchandiser and to become part of the
    team. Indeed it was a productive experience for me. In the past 9 months I’d learned a
    lot from the workplace, from the management and of course to the friendship I have with
    my colleagues.

    But this time I would like to inform your good office and with all your respect, I would like
    to submit my resignation letter. This is in connection with my continuing professional
    development as a Licensed Professional Teacher. I need to practice my profession as a
    teacher to our future generations. And I would like also to help my mother because
    behind all of this she is the reason of my hard work.

    I am greatly hoping that this letter would be a greater way of helping me to become a
    real Teacher by profession. This may sounds an end with my contract here in
    Citihardware but I won’t forget that I had been part of the team.
