    Consultancy/ Partnership Agreement

    This agreement is made this __________ day of ___________ 2019 Between Bismark (Squirrel Impressions)
    herein referred to as client and Wisdom/Desmond herein referred to as consultant.

    Terms:
    This agreement is made on the terms that Wisdom/Desmond were approached by Bismark of
    Squirrel Impressions to provide consultancy services to and or partner with Bismark and Squirrel Impressions
    in developing ideas, seeking sponsorship and organizing events under the Squirrel Impressions brand name.

    ● Bismark of Squirrel Impressions is to make payment of an initial commitment/research consultancy fee


    of GHS 2,000.00 payable in full or in two equal installments to
    Wisdom/Desmond. Half upfront and the other half once the initial proposal is ready to be sent out.

    ● We will take charge of all research and prior preparations necessary for the development of highly
    professional and winning sponsorship proposals.

    ● We will prepare and help distribute these sponsorship letters to potential sponsors and organization.

    ● We will be in charge of the entire sponsorship department of Squirrel Impressions.

    ● All budgets and financial concerning all events organized by Squirrels Impression will be handled by us.

    ● We are ready to commit financially to support the planning and organization of events. This however
    will attract a 20% non-negotiable stake in all returns on the event and a 15% stake where there are no
    financial commitments on our part.

    ● Bismark (Squirrels Impressions) is allowed to introduce new investors and partners on the condition
    that their service offerings do not conflict that which we offer. All new partnerships are to be
    discussed among all parties before making any decision.

    ● Bismark (Squirrels Impressions) is not to do any business in the list of services offered by us without
    our involvement. Failure to comply will attract a fee of 15% and termination of agreement after 2
    default counts.

    This agreement is subject to review after one year with respect to the date upon which this agreement was
    made. Each party can terminate the agreement at any time by informing the other party in writing at least 1
    month before the termination.
