Representative of PP Mr D.D Bhagwat was present during the meeting along with environmental
consultant M/s. Mahabal Enviro Engineers Pvt. Ltd.

PP informed that, the project under consideration is residential project. PP further stated that, the
total plot area of the project is 57252.10 Sq.mt. having total construction area 353655 Sq.mt. (FSI -
1,68,100.00 Sq.mt. + NON FSI- 1,85,555.00 Sq.mt.) and the building configuration is as follow-

It is noted that, Project has received Environmental clearance vide letter dated 17.05.2018. It is noted
that the project earlier considered in 100th Meeting held on 20-05-2019 & ToR accorded for the
same. Accordingly, PP submitted the compliance & EIA which was taken on record.

The project proposal was discussed on the basis of presentation made and documents submitted by
the proponent. All issues related to environment, including air, water, land, soil, ecology and
biodiversity and social aspects were discussed. Committee noted that the project is under 8a (B2)
category of EIA Notification, 2006. Consolidated statements, synopsis of compliances, form 1, 1A,
presentation & plans submitted are taken on the record.

After detailed deliberations, Committee decided to recommend the proposal for
Environmental Clearance to SEIAA, subject to compliance of above points.

Specific Conditions by SEAC:

1) PP to ensure that CER plan gets approved from Municipal Commissioner/District Collector.
2) PP Shall comply with Standard EC conditions mentioned in the Office Memorandum issued by MoEF& CC vide
F.No.22-34/2018-IA.III dt.04.01.2019.
3) SEIAA decided to grant EC for – FSI: 168100.00 m2, Non-FSI: 185555.00 m2 and Total BUA: 353655.00 m2 ( Plan
Approval no-CHE/1046/BP (WS)/LOP, Date-15.10.2019)

Proposal was recommended in 123rd meeting of SEAC-2 for total plot area of the project is
