Job Steps:
1-Preparing the work area and work force
2-Positioning of cranes
3- Fixing of lifting gears spreader bar of 1200 Ton, Spreader Bar, Shackles with the lifting eye of Stripper (Lifting side) & Fixing of lifting gears of
450 Ton, slings and shackles with the lifting eye of Stripper (Tailing side)
4-Lifting of stripper with both cranes.
5-Crawling of 450 ton crane
6-Derigging
7-Positioning of load on its location
8-De rigging
9-Demobilization

work area.
Obstacles in the area All obstacles like planks, scaffold pipes, uneven surfaces to
be compacted and removed.
2 Positioning of cranes Improper planning All the work to be done as per plan

Improper positioning Proper making to e done and positioning shall be done as per
marking.
Un barricaded area Area shall be barricaded and no entry for all the unauthorised
person
Improper signage’s Signage’s indicating lifting in place shall be erected on all the
four corners of the barricaded area.
Improper traffic control Spotters shall be stationed on different location for
trespassing of the unauthorized personnel’s.
