VILLA MANAGER SOP REMARK NOTE

COORDINATION AND SUPERVISION


Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments
FINANCIAL
Review financial statements and data
Utilize financial data to improve profitability
Control inventory
Plan effective strategies for the financial well being of the company
HUMAN RESOURCES
Organize recruitment and placement of required staff
Establish organizational structures
Delegate tasks and accountabilities
Establish work schedule
Supervise staff
Monitor and evaluate performance
PRODUCTION
Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments, warehousing, pricing and distribution of goods
Monitor performance and implement improvements
Ensure quality of products
Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity
Manage maintenance of equipment and machinery
Provide technical support where necessary
COMMUNICATION
Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of support services such as IT, HR, Accounts and Finance
Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions
Manage customer support
Plan and support sales and marketing activities
Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity
Implement and manage operational plans
OTHERS
Preparing staff schedules, discipline, recruitment and preparing in regular staff meeting or management meeting and editing the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
Edit and create the new Departmental Manual if needed and keep villas in perfect condition by implementing check list in all departments
Make sure that high standard of guest satisfaction are achieved and make sure that health, hygiene and safety rules are being followed in the department
Trouble shooting emergency situations and finding suitable outcomes and committed to back up villa operational anytime when needed
Handling purchasing and petty cash for villa operation, weekly report villa operation, and monthly operation target plan
