    I. Introduction
    This case study aims to apply all our knowledge about abnormalities in
    the pediatric period. It enables us to manifest the actual abnormalities

    that we would encounter in the hospital set up in the pediatric period.
    This study includes the detailed pathophysiology of the abnormality we
    encountered in the actual setting , it also includes the ideal nursing
    interventions that serves as our basis in giving care to our patient who are
    in the pediatric age group or period. Most importantly, we also include
    the actual nursing interventions that we applied to our client and the
    bedside care and plans made to further care for our client

    II. Significance of the study

    This study is a further record of documentation in the processes and


    care plans made in rendering care for the patient thus it would provide
    data that would soonb be develop to create more innovative ways in
    handling patients and rendering care.

    As well it would provide a historical record for the generations to come on


    how care and plans were made and thus how it is developed in care not
    just for pediatric cases but all matters concerning health.

    III. Scope and Limitations of The study

    This study primarily focused on the disease condition of our patient PCAP-
    C( Community-acquired pneumonia refers to pneumonia) and the possible
    complications it might develop and as well the prevention and
    advancement of care needed.It also included the complete
    pathophysiological process of the disease condition and the necessary
    and appropriate care needed for the patient.
    The limitation of this study will only be the disease condition of the
    patient and the ability of the patient and peers to cooperate to further the
    study
