B. Introduction

Seeing the high demand in the apparel production Country Indonesia


with quality and good price, especially among young people and seeing
the production of clothing orders market still very high needed, so based
on that we interested in setting up Convection businesses.

C. Executive Summary

FA Egg Convection can do production clothing apparel and screen


printing. For apparel we can make various kinds of clothes such as t-shirt,
polo, snapback, bracelet, training, etc. For screen printing we can do
various type of that, example plastisol, discharge ink, etc. Costumers or
buyer can custom their design or model for the product, they can order
custom product through offline (come to office) or online.
Preparation of business are; market research with review determines
market tastes, concept appropriate and determining the potential market
for garment trading business review initials; Setting up the sewing
machine and place for the review of Production Sites sewing; Obtaining a
business license; Setting up Labor for sewing and screen printing;

On the first day of sale we will sell 50 pcs product for a


day in bazzar, and we will handing out brochures about the
product and the production addresses. Since our business
has just opened, then for the first day we give discounts to
buyers and offer our products through social media.
ii. Operation

The following are fixed assets that we have in order to


assist our business implementation.

Although Convection Business creates a new niche in the production
service home industry, we have something in common, and so we compete
with several types of convection businesses: Home Industry (in Home or
Rent House):

home industry, they are aware of our good quality products. We

To market Convection Business products, we only provide
these production in our home. So customers should come directly
our home industry. But if you want to enjoy this order at home,
customers can also take it home order or online order. Then for
product promotion strategy, done through print media such as
brochures, pamphlets, or posters and distribute it around the
location of business / production and at the location of business
partners. To reach a wider consumer, promotional activities are
done through online media, for example by using Facebook,
twitter, instagram or website.

Our estimeted productions projection is over 250pcs for a day,


with an income of approximately Rp. 7,500,000.00/day.
