Note:
This is a low-protein diet modification. Protein-rich dish
has been reduced to a maximum of 2 servings per day.
If you desire to eat nuts, have them in place of tokwa
adobo or sweet-and-sour gluten during the first two
days.

Remember that a low-purine diet calls for moderation in
protein and fat, and elimination of internal organs. If you
react to legumes or beans, substitute chili beans (see
Day 3) with vegetarian pancit bihon
