    OBJECTIVE

    To perform removal of existing pipe spool, install new pipe spool, cutting, welding, scaffolding activities

    1. Prepare and get approval for PTW AMT/STS/OPS 1 1
    2. Conduct toolbox talks at site prior to work execution. Ensure all information related to PTW
    AMT/STS 0.5 8
    has been cascade to all contractors and subcontractors.
    3. Perform site preparation activities. Identify work area and ensure that all the necessary tools,
    machineries and equipment area are available, inspected and in good condition, fit for the job AMT/STS 2 6
    (Equipment inspection done). Ensure PETI done for electrical equipment.
    4. Mobilize the tools, equipment and material to site. STS 2 6
    5. Workers to wear proper PPE with additional tychem / tyvex suit, rubber boot, rubber glove
    STS 0.5 5
    and face shield / goggle during work at acid line to prevent from acid splash
    6. Put barricade to prevent unauthorized person enter the working area STS 0.2 1
    7. Re-check all necessary material for hot work is available such as fire extinguisher, wetted fire

    blanket and fire watcher to be at site all the time during hot work activity
    8. Using grinder, cut and remove existing pipe spool and pipe support as per marking AMT/STS 4 6
    9. Measure all internal and external diameter of existing pipe for future reference STS 4 6
    10. Perform site preparation for installation of new pipe spool at site and mobilize new pipe
    STS 4 6
    spool.
    11. Erection of pipe spool from pump to end point and fit-up. 5 spool and 6 support to be installed
    STS 4 6
    at site
    12. Visual inspection for Fit-up to be done before proceed welding works SRAIM 1 2
    13. Once fit-up inspection pass, proceed welding all 4 FW joint and support STS 6 2
