a) I do indeed go more for the diffusion by this great medium that is television; since it is one of
the main ones to promote from large to small cultural events in Mexico; and without more

While I am in this current scenario, referring to this cost reduction is particularly relevant for the
company; since it loses its competitiveness due to prices far superior to those of other
countries. It would be of great convenience to have or consider the implementation of software
and techniques BPM (Business Process Management) can promote large reductions in
operating costs in the company; since the BPM introduces greater visibility of the business and
