3: HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION
Eyes: Irrigate open lid eyes immediately with copious quantities of water for 15
minutes. Obtain medical attention immediately.
Skin: Remove contaminated clothes and shoes. Wash immediately with soap
and water or suitable skin cleanser. Obtain medical attention.
Inhalation: Remove from exposure; obtain medical attention if respiratory irritation
develops or if breathing becomes difficult.
Ingestion: Wash mouth with water. Do not induce vomiting. Obtain medical
attention. Beware of aspiration if vomiting occurs.
Personal Precautions: Immediately issue NO SMOKING and NO NAKED FLAMES warnings. Wear
suitable protective clothing, gloves and eye/face protection.
Environmental Precautions: Prevent entry into drains, sewers and water courses.
Decontamination Procedures: Soak up with inert absorbent like sand. Gather into labeled containers.
Dispose off as applicable regulations.
Handling: Maintain good standards of personal hygiene. Avoid skin and eye contact.
