Firstly, the flight was delayed. I know that is not only your fault,but I hoped I vould be at the
hotel at 4pm not at 11pm. Secondly, in your brochure I read this is a quity hotel, mainly
families stay here. Despite this I saw only two families, another tourists were young who
wanted parting all day. Moreover, the hotel was in the centre of the city,beetwen a pub and
a disco. Finally, I booked for all-inclusive, but I have to pay for the dinner.
I had been looking forward to my holiday, but I was very disappointed. Therefore I feel you
should refund half the cost of the holiday.
I am writing to inform you about the discomfort I experienced because of your Travel Company. I had
booked a ticket through your travel company from Mumbai to Delhi, on 29th December. The date of
travel was 30 December.
I had reported to the stop, 15 minutes before the boarding time, but the bus was delayed by one hour.
The destination was also delayed by one hour so I had to miss my flight and had to travel by a second
class flight. The condition of the bus was also very poor. I had booked an AC bus, but the bus arrived was
a non- AC with poor ventilation. The seating was also not good. The push back did not work and so I
have developed a back pain.
For these reasons, I would ask you either to refund my ticket or replace my losses. Looking forward to

Quite regrettably I am bringing to your notice the poor standard of services provided to you customers
by your agency. Your company promises heaven but delivers hell in reality. I myself am the victim of
your duping. I bought a trip for 50 students to Nainital for 10 days (from December 20, December 29,
2018) from your agency at the whopping cost. At the time of booking I was assured I would get 4 star
lodging, boarding, and luxurious transport facilities. However, I was deeply aggrieved at the sub-
standard and low quality of the facilities provided. Neither the hotels were 4 star, nor was the food up
to the mark. As far as the transport facilities provided, the least said the better.
I appeal to you to stop duping your customers as it tarnishes the image of the local people. You are
responsible for the inconvenience faced by all the tourists; not the local people of the places where you
send your customers for travel. Do refund the money we have paid you or I am planning to complain
against you to the central Tourism Ministry. Looking forward to hearing from you.
